How can I Install .Net Framework

.Net framework is automatically installed if it is not installed already in the system. You can install .Net framework manually by downloading it from the link.

Application refuse to install when user don’t have admin rights?

You must be Administrator or Power user of your system in order to install this application.

How auto update works?

If there will be any update available for the application, you will get a message and it is highly recommended that you update your application instantly. Close the application if it was running already. Our auto update will download the files and automatically update the application.

I am having an error message state “Unable to connect to the Server?

Check your internet connectivity. If connected you are behind some firewall and it is not allowing you to connect to our server. Contact your system/network admin. .

I am having a error message state “Unable to authenticate something Proxy error”?

You are behind a firewall and not allowed to access our server. Contact your system/network admin.

I am having a error message state “String can’t be parsed" Or something related to string "word”?

Our application is not able to recognize your regional settings or you have to change your regional settings to English US.

I am having a error message state “Cache error” or anything after cache?

You don’t have power user rights to access the application. Contact your system administrator.

I am having error message "user already logged in"

Kindly check whether the application is already running from the same or some other machine. Close it from all and then try to login again.

After update application do I have to restart my machine?

No.

Can I receive any reminder when my package going to expire?

Yes, you will be receiving an email from the company.

Go to website and click on Forgot password and enter your email address, you will receive your password on your Email box.

My Subscription is due to expire soon. What is the standard renewal pricing?

I have not received the Email (Expiry, Warning, Creation)

You have to contact to Support may be you have mistyped your email address during registration.

How Can I Switch to Arabic Language?

After logging in to the application you can find the language option on top of the application menu. Change your language accordingly and restart your application.

Support for Arabic not installed.

Please install the support for Arabic language in Control Panel->Regional Settings

When application connect with snapshot or streaming ?

You can check your connectivity on right bottom of the application weather you are connected to streaming or Snapshot. On streaming you will be receiving updates on every second but on snapshot you will be receiving updates after 5 seconds

Application has stopped updating?

Are you connected to internet? Is exchange Open? Check your connectivity on the application.

Can I open two instances of application at same machine?

Yes, But you can’t use same user id at the same time.

When login there is message "user is not subscribed to any exchange".

Your package is already expired and you have to recharge your account

How user renewal their package?

You have to re subscribe to package through website.

How many exchanges user can see at one time?

Depending on the subscription of packages you have.

User close application by kill process or shutdown system, can user log off automatically?

You will be automatically logged off after 5 minutes. Try to start application after 5 minutes and re-login.

How user able to know market is currently open or close?

In Market view or Exchange statistics feature you can find the current status of the exchange.

When I re-install my application my all settings would removed?

If you are updating your application it will not be removed but if you are uninstalling and installing again, it will be removed.
